Nicola has been a valued member of the RS team since May 2010 and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning. She began her career in an administrative role, quickly discovering a passion for financial planning and the dynamic, ever‑changing challenges it brings. She thrives on the variety her work offers and loves that no two days are ever the same.

Nicola’s interests extend well beyond the office. She enjoys holidaying overseas, spending time outdoors, and making the most of Queensland’s natural beauty — whether it’s camping, beach days, or exploring new places with her partner Matt. Life is full and lively at home too, with Nicola now a proud mum of two children.

Her blend of experience, curiosity, and genuine care for people continues to shape the thoughtful support she provides to clients and colleagues alike.
