Grace's Choc-Chip Cookies


  • 125g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 11/2 cups of self-raising flour
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips (I use a whole bag)


1. Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy
2. Whisk in egg and vanilla
3. Stir in flour
4. Stir in chocolate chips
5. Place teaspoon of mixture on greased baking trays
6. Bake in oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your liking, then cool on wire rack.
